In it's original form, they normally have a hard shell but Freeze Dried LemonHeads are literally bursting out of it's hard shell with a intensified lemon flavor that are airy and crunchy. The mix of Li Hing powder balances the intense sweetness with the saltiness of the L Hing.  It's the perfect balance!
